Poésie

I love poetry, but often at times I find it hard to write. I love it when I'm able to write more then one poem a day, usually it comes in threes or fours, but lately I haven't had the motivation to do so. I've got a lot on my mind and maybe that's why. I'm trying to write a poem for my bestie for her birthday and I hope she likes it. Not that she hasn't liked the other's it's just a difficult subject to cross.

Poetry is like music to the mind, only written in stanzas not verses. - Me.

Bienvenue à Origami, à poésie et à plus

Bienvenue et Bonjour,

My name is Mandie and this journal is a place for me to rant and rave, show off my poetry, origami, or whatever is on my mind. I'm working on becoming a Vegetarian/Vegan, and though it's hard it's in progress. I'm also using this journal site because no one knows I have one in my family and there are certain things I'd like to not discuss with them so I figured I'd do it here. A little bit about me, though I don't know who would be following, it's just something so if someone I'm following sees me on their 'followers' list, then they will be able to see what I have to say.

I'm 23, and a college student studying Theatre/American Sign Language, and I want to be a Drama Therapist to help children with Down Syndrome, Autism, and Asperges learn how to manage life on a day to day basis through acting. In the mean time I'm trying to become a triple threat as well as a health guru for my own benefit. I love Origami, Poetry, and just about anything that has to do with art whether it be art and food/ Theatre/ Origami/ or trying to draw a straight line I love it. Check back on my blogs and I will try and post some pictures of my Origami if I get a chance. My dreams are to live in New York, be on Broadway, or open a Deaf Theatre on Broadway. I believe that even if I'm able to hear, understand and know what's going on why shouldn't someone whose Deaf be able to do the same thing? Theatre is a living passion for many to enjoy so why not open the doors to everyone?

Merci et au revoir!
